All products are delivered digitally unless stated otherwise.
4) Accounts

8) Free Content Pack
If we offer a free content pack, you may be required to submit an email address to receive access. Free packs are provided “as is” and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
9) Refund policy (digital goods)
Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are limited.
General rule: once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, we may not be able to offer a refund unless required by law.
We may issue refunds or store credit at our discretion if:
- The file is corrupted and we can’t provide a working replacement
- You were charged incorrectly
- Access is broken and we can’t restore delivery within a reasonable time

SEO results depend on factors outside our control (competition, site authority, technical SEO, editorial quality, links, and compliance).
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExMoment LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, plugin, or content packs.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product.
